WILL WE RECEIVE HINTS?
Yes, there is possibility to ask and receive hints in all of our rooms. Our gamemasters will give you hints when you're stuck. Attention: we don't give hints to help every group to escape; if you want to escape, you'll have to do most of it all by yourselves!
CAN BIG GROUPS PLAY IN AN ESCAPE ROOM?
Yes, at every location there is a possibility to play with a big group. In Ghent, we even have a room which is made for big groups: The Mental Institution. In this room, the minimal group size is 8, the maximum is 18.
If you'd like to have some more information about the possibilities in Ghent or on our other locations, please contact us!
CAN I BUY A GIFT VOUCHER?
HOW LONG DOES AN ESCAPE GAME TAKE?
You are expected at Puzzle 15 minutes before the booked game for an introduction. Then you have 1 hour (or 90 minutes in The Mental Institution) to escape. After the game, we'll explain how much you missed or talk to you how well you've played it.
IS A GOOD PHYSICAL CONDITION NEEDED?
Not at all. The game is suitable for all ages. No physical effort is needed. Even pregnant women can play this game, if desired, we put a chair in the room.
Where do I insert the code of my gift voucher?
CHILDREN AND -18 YEARS. HOW OLD DO THEY HAVE TO BE?
Let's be fair. Our most successful teams are teams of different ages. We can say that children from 9 years of age can play in the game together with the adults and even be of great value to the team. Children are usually more active in clues than adults. We do not recommend younger than 9 years. We also do not recommend to lock in 6 12-year olds with just 1 adult. The problem-solving thinking lies at different levels of difficulty. From 16 years of age they should no longer be obliged to be accompanied by an adult and they will be able to handle the challenge.
I AM CLAUSTROPHOBIC. CAN I PLAY?
Yes, it is possible! A daily question we get and never has anyone really suffered from claustrophobia. In each escape room we have provided different "panic buttons" (= emergency stop buttons). If you push on a panic button, the front door opens itself. We also follow every move you make on foot and if necessary we can always intervene. If it just won't go, we can just leave the front door closed "without" being locked.
IN WHAT LANGUAGE ARE THE ESCAPE ROOMS?
English! But not difficult. We only use basic words and phrases. The introduction we provide is usually given in Dutch, but we can do this in French or English as well.
